Gemini Full Moon Dec. 2025

This is an enlightening Full Moon in the 14th degree of Gemini, opposing the Sun in the 14th degree of Sagittarius at 6:14pm EST on December 4th, 2025. The Sabian Symbols for both positions are strong images for connecting body, mind and spirit.

How do these symbols relate to this Full Moon? Gemini is ruled by Mercury and this planetary archetype's job is to relate information from the divine to the human mind. Communication, interacting and thinking is the current lunar emphasis. Mercury's current position in Scorpio (going deeper) is in harmonious Water Trines to Jupiter in Cancer (feelings and emotions) and both Saturn and Neptune in Pisces (compassion and intuition). The message is to stop and take the time to meditate or just sit quiet in nature in order to hear what the Divine is trying to tell you.



The Sun in Sagittarius brings vitality to higher understanding, knowledge, and exploration. Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter, the archetype of expansion and generosity. The mission of the Archer is to travel far and wide, seeking the truth with enthusiasm and optimism and sharing it with others. Education, travel and freedom are paramount to Sagittarius and this energy leads us to the secrets of ancient wisdom, guiding us on our journey to self-knowledge and enlightenment.

The Sun at 13°04’ Sagittarius and the Moon at 13° 04’ Gemini are in a Grand Cross relationship to the Moon’s Nodes with the North Node at 13° 36’ Pisces and the South Node directly opposite at 13° 36’ Virgo. These exact squares in Mutable signs caution us to remain flexible in order to ground ourselves and know ourselves so we don’t over-react to current situations or events.
